Cancellation & Refund Policy
At HydroChill™, we work directly with global
manufacturers to bring you premium tech at the lowest possible prices. To
maintain these standards, we enforce a strict but fair return policy.
1. 14-Day Defect & Damage Protection (Our Guarantee)
We offer a 14-day warranty from the date your item is
marked as delivered, which strictly covers items that arrive damaged,
defective, or broken.
- If
your HydroChill™ arrives damaged or does not turn on, take a clear photo
or video showing the issue and email it to hyrdrochill.tm@gmail.com
within 14 days. - Once
verified, we will issue a 100% Free Replacement or a full refund.
You do not need to ship the broken item back.
2. No Returns for Change of Mind
Because our fulfillment process is automated and products
are dispatched directly from global logistics centers to keep shipping free, we
do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's
remorse once the product has been shipped. Please review your order
carefully before checking out.
3. Order Cancellations
You can request an order cancellation within 6 hours
of purchase. Once this window passes, your order is automatically processed,
packed, and handed over to our international shipping partners, and it cannot
be canceled or modified.
4. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit or is not delivered
within our maximum guaranteed shipping window of 15-20 days due to
postal delays, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a new unit
immediately at no extra cost. (Note: We are not responsible for wrong
addresses entered by the customer at checkout).
5. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is exceptionally approved by our management team
for non-defective items, the customer is fully responsible for paying the
trackable international shipping costs back to our warehouse facility. We do
not provide free return labels for non-defective products
